CON ARTISTS.
App said delivered, but food hadn't been delivered. Called up, took 15 mins to get through. They said that because it's been delivered they can't to anything. They have to refer it to investigations team, who will get back to me in 48 hrs. Seriously!!!
Now received an email from them saying: "Having investigated this and spoken to the relevant parties, it appears that you order was in fact delivered. In which case, this will require no further action."
Wow!! Really!!
