Honestly the worst takeaway service. A week ago, I purchased some food from my local restaurant and it never arrived. I still haven't yet recieved a refund even after having spoken to several of their members of the costumer care team. Do not purchase from this company, they are out to take your money. I'm extremely fustrated and you'd better off purchase from Uber Eats or Delivaroo. The costumer service is poor, the deliveries are never on time, sometimes the deliveries don't even come! Its not worth it.
