Ordered some food from Frankie & Bennies on 19/12/20 at 17.20pm, my order status was supposed to be delivered for 17.45pm. However I received an email to say the food had been delivered..... to where I do not know? It wasn't to my address at all. Just eat are refusing to give me a refund despite the phone calls and emails. I have CCTV footage that shows no delivery driver turned up at all and they aren't interested. The customer service is terrible and they're genuinely not bothered. I suppose the bad reviews also on here clearly explains. I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
