I had to report a delivery as not delivered even though their record shows it was delivered. They wouldnt give me my refund until it was 'investigated', got an email today to state that I would not get my money back because it was delivered on the system. No one called for my side of the story. I am very unhappy and will never use JustEat again. I will go to Ubereats which may be more expensive but much more reliable so worth it. Disappointed by the so called investigation and disappointed by the customer services.
