Ordered and waited two hours. Website showed accepted, then driver waiting, and eventually delivered. So although very slow it seemed something was happening. Finally got through on phone to be told they were too busy and couldn’t fulfil the order, so cancelled. Disgraceful. Should not accept orders above capacity.
