I ordered from Greggs Hawk Brae, Livingston Scotland Order Number 1128231379 I was patiently waiting on my order allowing extra time as the roads and streets have been bad with the snow. I log back onto my Just Eat account only to find out that the lying driver has stated that the items were delivered already. I gave clear and detailed instructions but they decided to ignore them and just steal my money instead. I called up Greggs who informed me that they have no control over this and I was to contact Just Eat Directly, after carefully navigating through their automated responses... you know, opt 1 opt 2 nonsense I speak with a kind lady who did seem to empathies with my situation but informed me that not only will I not be getting my order I will have to wait 48 hours for this to be investigated. My mind was/ still is blown by this service. A food delivery company who work at fast pace deal with complaints and concerns in 48, while I'm out of pocket and still hungry. I have never in my life heard anything so ridiculous. We are consumers should be able to contact the drivers directly or track them like any other delivery service. I will never use Just Eat again and I would caution anyone using them too. What an absolute joke
