Terrible customer service. There a glitch in the Just Eat app which led to me getting the wrong order - contacted Just Eat live chat to request a refund - who then told me they would "investigate" and I would hear from them within 48 hours. I did get an email asking for more information and photos and was again told they'd get back to me within 48 hours because they would "investigate". I responded with my photos etc. and never heard back. Emailed twice again and never got a response, it's now been nearly 2 weeks. Don't think I will see my money again, horrible customer service. Will never use them again and leave bad reviews wherever I can. There's lots of other delivery services with way better customer service (not hard to do to be honest), I recommend using any other platform.
