Ordered from McDonald's via Just Eat. My order failed to arrive so I contacted Just Eat via a live chat link and was told that it would take 48 hours to investigate. When I told them this was unacceptable I got an extremely negative response. So I rang their customer service helpline the next day only to receive the same terrible service.
I will not be using just eat again as they rip you off
