I ordered through the app and when the food didn’t arrive I called the restaurant who had no record of our order ever coming through. The guy said to call Just Eat and what a colossal waste of time that was. No option to speak to an actual human and just directed me to call the restaurant again who couldn’t do anything to help. Also tried the chat on their website but no response there either. Just Eat were happy to take my money instantly but can’t be bothered to reply to several tweets & private messages. A whole week later here I am still waiting for a response & a refund at the very least. Worst company ever, avoid at all costs.
