Got food poisoning from a restaurant called London Chef and Co in Sidcup, this was the only food I ate that day and the following morning i got aggressive vomiting and had an ambulance team coming over. The restaurant supervisor was rude and refused to give a refund. Just Eat have been completely useless passing me to an organisation called FSA, claiming that only they can help with refunds. FSA emailed me back a few times to tell me that they don’t handle refunds and that I should contact Just eat and when i told this to just eat again they play dumb and tell me to contact FSA.. horrible service, I had to issue a dispute with my bank for scam. Avoid at all costs!
