To be strongly avoided.Honestly the worst customer service ever received in my life. Twice I have had issues with orders and twice I was made to keep calling them and being passed from person to person with no end on sight. First time my order never arrived , I was told by the just eat representative to make a complaint as they could do nothing for me and when I called them back after two weeks as I had no news I was told that the person had forgotten to raise the complaint. Second time today I have had the restaurant agree to refund me for a bad order and Just eat says they are unable to authorise the refund and to leave a bad review to the restaurant. Go figure, last time I am ever using them.
