Order didn't show up, no way to contact customer service, automated response when marking it as "part of the order is missing" as they don't give the option for none of the order. Still haven't contacted me even though they state in their automated message they would. aparently it takes 7 days to process the refund. As someone who has worked in finance for several years, this is either a lie or mass incompitence - after this experience, probably both
