The service is a complete scam. I paid for my food and the delivery fee, yet half of the meal was missing. I was told that if I wanted to receive the missing items, I'd need to re-order them and pay ANOTHER delivery fee, which would be even more expensive than the last due to the order size being smaller.
Both the customer service rep and supervisor refused to refund the 2nd delivery fee that I was forced to pay after they failed to deliver all of my food the first time I paid them to.
