When it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t work their customer service is atrocious! There is no way to speak to a real person and their ‘chat to us’ feature involves talk to a person stuck on a script, if the answer isn’t on their script they say you haven’t said anything for a while and sign off. Very poor service would never recommend.
