Gruphub is a piece of sh*t company. I ordered, paid, and waited. 2 hours later, 45 min after the store closed I cancelled my order (that was never coming) they offered to return my $ but that was the money I had to eat that day. Should I wait 5-7 days to eat, not eat and wait till the next day? They have plenty of $ and should return it at the time and they can wait for the refund. I tried to speak to several "managers" and they just said sorry but we can not escalate the call. Perhaps they should find an ethics group and a local call center
