Customer service at Just Eat is non-existent, they employ people to quote customer policy but with no intention of helping when there's a problem with an order.
50% of my orders through this company required me to contact them and 0% was dealt with professionally .
I will now collect my takeaway from the restaurant and will never use Just Eat
