Because I had cold food received before they rejected my claim of food tonight been cold. Not my fault it’s cold I think just eat is getting more and more terrible by the day. There drivers have go and said they have delivered my food before and not even come to my door I presented my ring door bell footage. This company need to have staff that can’t actually speak and sort situations out rather than refuse
