Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I placed an order as have been sick and wanted to get something sweet, I went to take a shower and let my brother know to get the door once it arrived , I come back its showing its delivered when nothing arrived , I ordered from just eat two days before this and it arrived perfectly fine. I went to Customer service chat and was told it was definitely delivered to the right address and therefore couldn't get a full refund , considering this was paid for and we got nothing definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone ,especially when you're a student who can't afford to pay for multiple deliveries.
