Long story short: received wrong order, no way to contact them apart from live chat, was sent an email to reply to with photographic evidence of my order which I did so, received a reply telling me to then contact them through live chat to sort out the issue, went back to live chat to then be told I need to reply to the email they sent me with photographic evidence. Been a whole week since my order. Nothing resolved and I will never be using this company again. Go order from Deliveroo
