Rubbish, you complain, they email back saying give us a couple days, get make to you a couple days later saying, sorry its too late, you should have told us within 24 hours.
They will happily let delivery partners deliver incorrect orders that take 3 hours and 21 mins to be delivered and still back them, refusing any form of compensation.
Stick to deliveroo and uber eats as they actually deal with the issue there and then.
