I ordered food through Just Eat. I was then informed food would take more than two hours to arrive and cancelled the order immediately. I was charged a £15 cancellation fee by Just Eat which is completely unacceptable. So far, Just Eat haven't responded to emails (I believe they sacked their Live Chat team so there's no way to speak to anyone directly). My only recourse now is to issue a chargeback.
