I have ordered through justeat, from a near by restaurant. The order never arrived and it showered delivered. I raised a complaint and just-eat promised a refund to my just-eat account in 2 working days. Its been 2 weeks and i never got my refund. All my consecutive emails to them went unanswered.
Its losing money and getting nothing. Their customer service is very bad.
