Ordered food at 17.18. Waited for an hour for driver to be assigned, delivery ETA got pushed back twice in that time. Waited another 45 minutes for driver to arrive at the restaurant. Gave up waiting, beyond hungry. No way to contact Just Eat directly or cancel order at this point. Food apparently arrived at 19.40, nearly 2.5 hours after order was placed, by which time I'd gone out. Order no longer even visible in order history and looking at other reviews, it's unlikely I'll get a refund anytime soon. App deleted. Do not give these charlatans your custom!
