If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star.
Orders never delivered when the app says they have, when emailing them to state this I was told as I had complained before because it had happened in the past I will not receive a refund/credit. (Not that I’d want credit as I will never use them again!!)
Customer service team are so unhelpful and honestly the most outrageous I have ever dealt with.
Stay away from Just Eat and use Uber eats or Deliveroo, never had a problem with these.
