Extremely poor customer service.
If anything goes wrong with an order, first you can't call anyone, then you have to wait for over a week for any reply. Then after all that they most likely will find a reason to dismiss your complaint and close the case with no chance of looking into it no matter how much you try. Super arrogant policy, they don't care about any value of keeping customers.
