I have made 4 orders recently and had reason to complain . One being del someone else’s order which they would only give me a credit for several days later, food not cooked properly, and cold food. Last was a McDonald’s and it was delivered 90 mins later when initially it said 30 - 40 mins and it was stone cold. Just eat refused to refund or credit because of THEIR other bad orders I had to complain about. Never using this terrible service again and don’t recommend either
