Just Eat is a disgrace I ordered food from the Vintage Cafe, Left a note outlining how to get to my apartment and 7I followed the 'supposed' driver on the app. NO DELIVERY! I rang the restaurant as Just Eats support went silent and then asked for feedback! It turns out the restaurant wasn't even open. Yet I was charged, there was some mysterious delivery guy indicated on the app and then marked as delivered!! Just Eat is ripping people off. Half of their delivery people are useless, underpaid and nearly always late. And what fascinates me is that the app indicated that the restaurant received the order, showed the tracking of the delivery guy, and the order was delivered. Unbelievable
