Food an hour and a half late, arrived stone cold, undercooked and ended up in the bin as I won’t even feed it to my dog. Contacted Justeat and Ni the Solutions Advisor advised me that “All of our Restaurant Partners follow different recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it. This means I'm not able to offer you any compensation on this occasion.” So what theu trying to say is restaurants on their platform can send out rotten undercooked food and the customer just need to shut up and waste their money! Never using the platform again!
