Debited my account. Food did not arrive. Just eat admitted this after speaking to the restaurant and promised refund. Still nothing 18 days later. They've discontinued there phone lines I've spoken to 53 chat advisors as soon as you state facts they get nasty or end the chat and hide behind computers as you cant ring them..
