Terrible app, terrible customer service, terrible company. They seem to think I would willingly accept a refund of £0. Your entire business is based on offering convenience but you have seriously inconvenienced me.
I'm going back to ordering takeaway the old fashioned way. It's better for everyone except Just Eat and their ilk. Good riddance. We don't need these people.
