I ordered a coffee and iced drink, the ordered arrived an hour after the order being placed. The coffee and iced drink arrived cold and melted, in addition to this spilt over the other two items in the bag.
The driver confirmed there was a problem with the app which delayed him so much and apologised for what happened. The customer service team are completely incompetent, they didn’t offer any goodwill gesture and to add insult to injury didn’t look into the complaint. I have now deleted my account with them, they are cowboys and ripping people off.
