Some of these delivery drivers are absolute thief's and so is just eat. They mark it as delivered but the drivers take the food and just eat customer service is terrible as they do no look into the driver nor refund your money. Also not being able to contact your driver or put in a code to make sure it’s been delivered is not set in place. Deliveroo is hundred percent better
