I would STAY CLEAR of Just Eat, AWFUL & DISGUSTING customer service and lack of support. If I could I wouldn't even give them a STAR.
I have been PENALISED from Just Eat for making a previous complaint and have been DISCRIMINATED for making a second
COMPLAINT for my entire time with Just Eat. I made a COMPLAINT with Just EAT as they gave me FALSE information and DISMISSED me right away, the customer Advisor Imran gave me a TERRIBLE experience.
I am very SHOCKED that a company like Just Eat DISCRIMINATES someone for making a complaint over food. I have come to the realisation it's not McDonalds that made the mistake in providing me with STONE COLD food and MELTED ice cream that was pure LIQUID, that was delivered 2 hours LATE, it's the responsibility of JUST EAT!
I provided them with EVIDENCE that Just Eat delayed in collecting the food and then got delivered 2 HOURS LATER than the expected time, and the staff Imran said it was DELIVERED at 7.30pm, this is the time I raised my ISSUE. This is on Just Eat.
I use to have CONFIDENCE with Just Eat but realised Uber Eats provides a HIGH QUALITY SERVICE.
I will make sure that this gets spread with the connections I have and for others to be WEARY of the LACK of service they PROVIDE, how easy they find the option to DISMISS a customer. JUST AWFUL.
