Bad customer service, nothing arrived! Firstly out food was 2 hours late, then a delivery driver arrived gave my daughter a bag and ran off so quickly before we could check there was no food in the bag other than sauce sachets. I contacted the restaurant and just eat to be told the driver had taken the food and just eat needed to re-order. At this time it was 7.30pm and we ordered at 4.45pm. Just eat cut me off once and then told me they would refund the money and I had to re order myself. I told them I will never use them again! What a joke!!! Livid, it’s not great when your kids are starving!!!! Customer service was useless. They told me they gave me a refund and I stated but you didn’t supply with with anything so it was my money anyway. It’s not a refund it’s giving me back the money you had taken!!!
