Appalling service from Just eat today..ordered from a restaurant via them tonight. Items were missing called the restaurant they didnt pick, contacted just eat and went into a non stop arguments with just eat rep who was instructing me to contact restaurant get the order marked as complete (requirement by just eat for every restaurant) contact the just eat again giving all the details and then get the refund. Guys never use Just eat for saving little money you will put yourself into trouble pay a bit more to uber eats or deliveroo and get better service
