I don't know what's happened to this company but they have gone down hill!
My order went to the wrong address and when calling just eat to try resolve the matter and get my refund, it was like talking to robots! Constantly repeating myself and being told to hold the line, and told theres nothing they could do as the order shows delivered! Except it wasn't delivered to me! Only when I lost it that they made enquiries and discovered it was delivered to the wrong address, took almost an hour to deal with them...absolute joke!!
