Do not order from them! I put my order down at 7:22, got it 8:50, which is 1 and half hour later! Food arrived cold, no apology from KFC, driver said he was waiting in KFC for 30m for the chicken to be cooked which I don't believe a word of it! Come on we've all been to KFC, it takes them 5m to cook the food! I ordered from Just eat, their customer service were the worst kind you can think of, I've given them my email address, my home address and my phone number! I was in the middle of a conversation with just eat and the agent just left the chat! For god sake, another agent comes in asking me the same thing, so I gave them my details again and repeated myself again ! And still they didn't offer me any solutions at all no compensation at all, then guess what ? The agent left again and asking me to speak to another agent. Seriously, wasted half an hour of my time just to talk to them. I have screenshot all of my conversation with them! I'm totally ok to post it out! I have also recorded the driver answer regards why he is late. This is the worst experience ever , even worse when you are hungry!
