If I could give a minus score I would. First time I us used Just Eat app, huge mistake. Ordered my food through their app. Food was picked up and delivered to the wrong building. Just Eat Customer Service was not helpful at all and refused to give a refund and told me to speak with restaurant. Restaurant said they use Just Eat drivers and only Just Eat can refund. Lost £18, never got a refund and had to order elsewhere.
