Food did not arrive, person on the justeat chat service said the driver tried to deliver but unable to so returned the food. we have a reception so don't understand how he was not able to deliver and just eat would only refund half the amount. I drove to the take away and asked if the food had been returned but was told no, that is odd don't you think?
We will no longer use just eat at our offices and I will not use personally either. Good business model, by not refunding £10 you have now lost more in future sale. Great job.
