JustEat U.K. is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! I have an issue dating back to the 31st August 2020 (Order Number 1007474960) which I finally got resolved on the 8th September 2020 (or so I thought) a refund was agreed and an email was also sent out to myself confirming the conversation (Ticket Number 36991055). I have since phoned up 5 times and on 3 occasions the call handler has put the phone down on myself due to not receiving any part of the refund. The company is rude, and I’m almost certain it is a scam! I will be placing this on as many social media post that relate to Just Eat U.K. Hopefully the company will take note and actually sort my issue out!
