I love the products, but the delivery is painfully slow and customer services don’t reply to email enquiries.
If something went wrong or a product wasn’t received, I anticipate that it would be a pain in the behind to resolve, for this I have knocked one star off.
The products are really unique and they have a great selection. My items were well packaged and good quality.
