“Purchase of the minin ducks was good. Shipping was on the high side for my location and will be a factor in any future purchases. Was a little surprised with shipping cost that my order came in a yellow bubble envelope and not a box. The mini ducks were spot on and could not ask for any better. The free pin was a nice touch. Over all a good experience just check your location for shipping cost, mine was more than the ducks I ordered. I am from the U.S. and customs added a little extra to shipping time.”

“Had two orders one of the orders was missing Bruce the shark. When I contacted them, they let me know. It is on backorder and will send me one when they get the stock this fall. Great customer service.”

“It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. I sent multiple emails regarding my order using the email that was provided in the 'Contact Just Geek' section along with my order confirmation number, and not a single response was given. My delivery date kept getting pushed back (totaling about 4 months past the promised initial release) and I never recieved any email updates regarding this. I attempted to contact through twitter but direct messages are set to verified accounts only.”

“Just Geek is one of the best retailers on the Internet IMO. They have a fun and quirky appeal with outstanding customer service. Most online companies today have poor outsourced customer service and are totally unable to do anything beyond what their script tells them. Just Geek is the opposite - extremely competent, honest and friendly customer service who absolutely go above and beyond to satisfy their (sometimes) overly picky collector base. This is no easy task I am sure! Thanks again to Deborah and her CS team for going above and way beyond! Do not hesitate to purchase from Just Geek, they are one of the few retailers left who actually care about what they do.”
