Just Geek is one of the best retailers on the Internet IMO. They have a fun and quirky appeal with outstanding customer service. Most online companies today have poor outsourced customer service and are totally unable to do anything beyond what their script tells them. Just Geek is the opposite - extremely competent, honest and friendly customer service who absolutely go above and beyond to satisfy their (sometimes) overly picky collector base. This is no easy task I am sure! Thanks again to Deborah and her CS team for going above and way beyond! Do not hesitate to purchase from Just Geek, they are one of the few retailers left who actually care about what they do.
