“Products are very interesting and well done, however €25 shipping for a mini tubbz of €8 to Ireland is way too expensive. Getting it on amazon at no additions shipping cost is definitely more convenient.”

“The Squishmallow was exactly what I expected it to be. However...... I have some real issues with their description of a "4XL" Christmas jumper. I buy oversize because I like baggy. This was faaaaaarrrrr from baggy. To the point of almost being too small. Snug would probably be the closest synonym, but that would imply that "snug" was a good thing.....”

“This is both a positive and a negative review. I've included pictures of the box and the condition it arrived in. I live in the midwest, the Kansas City Missouri area. First the good. The figures arrived in decent condition, with one of them visible out of the busted corner of the shipping box. The prices for the Willow figures were great, as was the low cost shipping. The bad. There was a huge busted open corner on the box that had the shipping box endured any further days of travel, would no doubt have ripped out further. So while I am happy to have gotten my figures in decent shape, the bubbles on the cards were crushed some, and the cards were a bit scuffed up. I'm not an on card collector, I do open my figs, but I was expecting a far stronger box for international shipping to have been sent in.”

“The product I received was amazing quality! My only complaint is I had to pay about $47 in duties on top of $50 shipping. Purchasing items to ship to Canada is VERY EXPENSIVE and hard to justify spending over CAD $250 on a $90 product. Wish I was told about the duties BEFORE I purchased this and paid for it.”

“I got this as a unexpected gift, which is appreciated. But you can clearly tell the design was rushed (at least on this individual piece) as the helmet on the stand is wonky. I could detach the stand and glue it on properly but I would damage the underside of the helmet in doing so. A little disappointed in the design itself.”

“When you navigate to their website, they as if you are from the US or the UK. It would be nice if they were upfront that the shipments would all come from the UK and that you would likely need to wait the full length of the quoted shipping window, as it would sit in a UK facility for days before making it to the US.”
