“The product I ordered as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend although it arrived quickly it arrived missing a piece But customer services was quick to sort the issue and send a replacement piece”

“Shipping was delayed and while I don't blame that on just geek more information about my delayed package could have been provided. All I was given was the Royal Mail tracking number and nothing else and only after I reached out to support which was also delayed due to the holiday was I given the United States based tracking number to see where the package was. When I received the package it was crammed into a box that was way too small and I'm quite surprised the entire thing didn't get smashed in transit.”

“Ordered a Ghostbusters Christmas jumper at a very good price. But when I received it, even though it was sealed in its packaging the jumper absolutely reeked of a mouldy smell as if it had been sitting somewhere damp for a long time. I had to wash it to get the smell out. Wasn’t very pleased but needed the jumper. Let’s hope any future experiences with Just Geek are more positive.”

“Pleased with the product. Would've liked to have been notified with updated estimate when product didn't arrive when initially told it should arrive. But instead, I was left wondering when or if it would even come. I did send a contact question just asking for an updated eta, but no reply was given (yes I checked my junk folder).”

“The items are top notch. However, note that ordering from .eu does NOT mean they're shipped from the EU. There can be additional charges. Most of my items arrived without problem, only one had a small piece broken off and minor damage. In all, I love the items, but delivery and clarity on where it is shipping from could use some improvement.”

“Overall, the Just Geek store is acceptable. Customer service responds to all requests eventually; the company sends you emails about the status of your order like for example they explained the reason why my order was delayed; and it is easy to navigate the website overall. However, I do have points of criticism, which caused me to choose "Acceptable" as the rating. First of all, I was not able to find any sort of information on the website that tells me if there is a telephone number that I can call, since sometimes it takes a couple of days for my request to get answered which is inconvenient and frustrating. Second of all, I learned from customer service that the "Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 days from despatch" shipping option is the same thing as the "DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE" option; this is very disappointing because it is unfair to have someone pay for the more expensive shipping option because he/she thinks it is the best, but yet it is the same as the cheaper one. I didn't find anything on the website stating such warning; also they said they are in the process of fixing it when I contacted them, but it's been 16 days and it still hasn't been fixed. Overall, I would recommend others to use Just Geek. However if none of these issues I listed end up getting fixed, I personally may stop using Just Geek and search elsewhere.”
