Overall, the Just Geek store is acceptable. Customer service responds to all requests eventually; the company sends you emails about the status of your order like for example they explained the reason why my order was delayed; and it is easy to navigate the website overall. However, I do have points of criticism, which caused me to choose "Acceptable" as the rating. First of all, I was not able to find any sort of information on the website that tells me if there is a telephone number that I can call, since sometimes it takes a couple of days for my request to get answered which is inconvenient and frustrating. Second of all, I learned from customer service that the "Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 days from despatch" shipping option is the same thing as the "DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE" option; this is very disappointing because it is unfair to have someone pay for the more expensive shipping option because he/she thinks it is the best, but yet it is the same as the cheaper one. I didn't find anything on the website stating such warning; also they said they are in the process of fixing it when I contacted them, but it's been 16 days and it still hasn't been fixed. Overall, I would recommend others to use Just Geek. However if none of these issues I listed end up getting fixed, I personally may stop using Just Geek and search elsewhere.
