The items are top notch. However, note that ordering from .eu does NOT mean they're shipped from the EU. There can be additional charges. Most of my items arrived without problem, only one had a small piece broken off and minor damage. In all, I love the items, but delivery and clarity on where it is shipping from could use some improvement.
