It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. I sent multiple emails regarding my order using the email that was provided in the 'Contact Just Geek' section along with my order confirmation number, and not a single response was given. My delivery date kept getting pushed back (totaling about 4 months past the promised initial release) and I never recieved any email updates regarding this. I attempted to contact through twitter but direct messages are set to verified accounts only.
