My item was faulty but I was able to send it back free and get a replacement sent from different stock, unfortunately, this was also faulty. It was down to a bad batch, so I asked for another replacement. The customer service team were very helpful and the returns process was simple. It's a shame that the item was faulty but was quickly resolved.
