Ordered an Elf Christmas jumper from this company. It took a bit longer to arrive than was stated on the estimated delivery notification. I contacted a lady from the company who responded promptly and said to wait a few more days. The item arrived the next day and was well packaged. The product is comfortable and is warm so am very happy.
